Phased Governance Model: The project will not start fully decentralized. It begins with a traditional corporate governance model led by SEALCOIN AG to ensure stability and compliance in the early stages.
Gradual Community Integration: The second phase focuses on gradually involving the community. This includes introducing token holder voting on non-critical decisions and creating a proposal system where users can suggest platform improvements for community review.
Transition to a DAO: The long-term vision is to transition to a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). In this stage, token holders will be granted full governance rights, including making decisions on platform upgrades, fund allocation, and protocol changes.
Full Community Control: The ultimate goal is to achieve full decentralization, where the SEALCOIN ecosystem and platform governance are entirely controlled by the token holders through the DAO.
Dedicated Token Allocation: To support this vision, 3% of the total TIOT token supply is specifically allocated for “Community Incentives” to encourage and reward community participation from the project’s launch.
